    Returns & Refunds Policy

    We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused and unwashed with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

    To start a return, you can contact us at hello@woofinc.co.uk. If your return is accepted, you will need to send it back to us tracked at your own cost. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Originally postage costs will not be refunded. 

    We cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged so we recommend posting tracked and obtaining a "proof of postage".

    Please pack your return item with a note of order number, name, and address, please ensure all returns are unworn, unwashed and free from pet hair to the return address below:

    Damages and issues

    Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

    Unfortunately we can not replace or refund items which have been damaged due to wear and tear - this includes items being chewed, damage due to scuffing / rolling on the floor. Items are not indestructible so please watch your dog when wearing our products.

    We can only refund / replace items due to manufacturer fault.

     

    Exceptions / non-returnable items

    Unfortunately certain items cannot be returned, these include custom made orders, personalised items and mugs.

    Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

    Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


    Exchanges

    Unfortunately due to items selling out fast we cannot offer any exchanges at this time.


    Refunds

    We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
