HOW DO I MEASURE MY DOG FOR A HARNESS / COLLAR
To measure your dog please use a tape measure. Take a neck measurement and chest measurement (behind the front arms, all the way around the chest). We suggest allowing a 2 finger width room inside the neck and chest measurement. E.g If your dog falls within 2 sizes but falls more within say medium, go with the medium especially if they have room to grow. We do have size guides on all harness and collar listings so please consult these before ordering.
ARE YOUR HARNESSES / COLLARS ADJUSTABLE?
Our harnesses are slightly adjustable at the neck and chest, the collars are fully adjustable. Please measure before ordering as different manufacturers use different size guides, if you need help with sizing please send us a photo of your dog to hello@woofinc.co.uk and we can help.
HOW DO I PUT A WOOF INC HARNESS ON MY DOG?
Our harnesses go over the head and under the chest bringing one leg through the harness and then clipping at the side. The d-ring (where the lead attaches) will sit on the back, whilst the black PVC WOOF INC logo will sit on the chest. WHAT IS THE ADVANTAGE OF WEARING A HARNESS OVER A COLLAR?
We find using a harness gives more control when walking your dog, it also provides extra comfort to your dog especially if they tend to pull.
HOW DO I WASH MY WOOF INC PRODUCTS?
We recommend hand washing our products in warm mild soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and leave to dry. Please be mindful that water can be particularly harsh on metal hardware. If you have one of our hoodies, sweaters, blankets, these can be put in the washing machine at 30 degrees, don’t tumble dry.

All sizes and lengths will be displayed on each individual product page, most are around 152cm in length.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
If you select “Free Delivery” you will typically receive your order in 2-3 working days (not including weekends). We dispatch orders the next working day and send Royal Mail 48HR. If you need your order quicker please select “Express Delivery” and this will be shipped 24HR.
HOW LONG DO CUSTOM ORDERS TAKE?
We dispatch custom orders 5-7 working days after the order has been placed. Please note we can’t exchange or refund custom orders, this includes personalised and embroidered items.
